Our evening dining experience draws from the rich culinary heritage of Crete and Greece, expressed through a refined and contemporary approach.
Under the guidance of talented Executive Chef Dimitris Gonianos, each dish reflects a distinctive culinary identity, where local ingredients and traditional flavors are elevated with creativity, precision and a modern sensibility.
A refined finishing touch is brought by Pastry Chef Giannis Manias, whose craftsmanship and legacy from the historic Samaria pastry shop in Heraklion since 1977 add a timeless dimension to every dessert.
